Kōrin brings the intimacy of an old painting into the bedroom. Cranes hover among slender branches against a deep, dark ground, touched with muted gold. An architectural headboard frames the hand-painted scene, balancing precise geometry with the movement of the brush. The atmosphere is contemplative, with a quiet sense of mystery.
